Today was a very fun day for everyone! We had an assembly with COSI this morning and your children got the opportunity to learn about space travel and astronauts. Ask them what they learned during the assembly today. I managed to squeeze math and language arts in to the afternoon. Today's homework has been updated on our class calendar. I know that the story "Dinosaurs Alive and Well!" was a difficult read for many children last night. I am sending it home to be re-read tonight. We read it aloud in class today. Please be sure to ask comprehension questions as they read to you.
