We had a wonderful day today! We began everyday math working on number lines and we began journaling as we finished our first classroom read aloud book, "George's Marvelous Medicine". We continue working on classroom rules. Today we worked on "Taking care of others". Ask your children how they can help take care of themselves and others at school. I look forward to seeing you all on Wednesday night. I will go over how to "blog" with everyone that night, it really is easier than it looks! Please check the Google Calendar below to see our homework for the night. If your children did not bring home a book from our classroom today, they can choose to read from one of their own. Finally, please allow your child to vote once for their favorite name for our geko. You will find a poll on the left of your screen. The four choices listed are the top four vote getters in our class today.
